Meet Andrea Shannon
I am the founder of COR311 Architecture, where I create thoughtful, functional, and intentional spaces for residential and commercial clients throughout Kansas and Missouri.
With more than 10 years of experience in architectural design, I have worked across a variety of specialized environments, including human and animal healthcare, residential design, and high-end cinematic theater projects. These experiences have shaped my belief that great architecture is about more than how a space looks—it is about how it functions, how it feels, and how it supports the people who use it.
My background has strengthened my focus on precision, efficiency, safety, and empathy in the built environment. I approach each project by carefully understanding how a space needs to work and translating those insights into practical, well-crafted design solutions.
At COR311 Architecture, I work one-on-one with clients from the initial concept through construction. I believe the best results come from listening first, then transforming ideas into clear, buildable architecture that reflects each client’s needs, goals, budget, and vision.
